I have now tasted this wine several times. I find the bottle description fairly accurate – The color is red to purple near the extremities, the aroma suggests berries and plum (but I don’t see it as particularly intense), with vanila. There is definitely a bit of spice as well.
This wine will not excite you but it is a solid every day drinking wine at around $10 (less by the case). Recommended.
