As a parent of three, it is all about convenience. On the rare occasion we get the opportunity to entertain a dinner party, being able to single stop shop is a necessary time saver. I do not advocate changes in law that may force out the "smaller business owner", however times have changed. The fast paced two / single working parent consumers have different demands on them forcing their buying habits / needs to seek out the "super center" retail market.
